Sister Joyce Campbell (Glory Assembly)
One of the days in the month of December, 1992 I visited Redemption Ministries with some of my brethren who brought me for a visit to Redemption Ministries at Afam street. After listening to your sermon, I refused to go back to the church where we were all worshiping (New Creation Bible Church). By the grace of God you taught and lived a life of holiness and righteousness.
In the year 2000 my husband had a health challenge which almost took his life. I wrote to you and hand carried the letter to Omega beach, incidentally you were not around but I was reassured that you will be back soon and as soon as you returned one of your staff handed over my letter to you. After reading it, you went into your office and prayed for my husband and God heard and answered your prayer which led to the recovery of my husband.
Your thorough teaching has been a great blessing to me and to my entire family.
You were a blessing to your generation, you were a blessing to all the generations that listened to your messages. You could hardly hear anything like restitution in a lot of churches today but among your numerous teachings, you taught restitution. You dished out the word of God as though you were one of the prophets of old, you never looked at people’s faces when you preached.
Whatever that needed to be preached to your members was what you preached to politicians anytime they visited. You were simply interested in the souls of men and souls were won on a daily basis.
From the viewpoint of men, I believe that God was proud of you though no one is perfect, we trust God that you have gone to the Lord.
You came, you saw and you conquered so rest on our beloved Pastor we love you but God loves you best.
Adieu God’s beloved.
From,
Sister Joyce Campbell
