Daddy,
As I pause and reflect back over the years gone by, I find myself pondering hard…….
Were my expressions of gratitude ever enough for the unconditional sacrifices you made; your countless support and assistance to my family.
My childhood experience as much as I can remember, was one of the best; I went to one of the best schools in Port Harcourt, I enjoyed the privilege of dinning with your family, attended same events with your children, attended trainings and be in places my parents couldn’t afford, became a graduate and I am where I am today all because you created room for me in your large loving heart.
You were always there for my parents like a rock; a calm go to place of safety.
My father, Timothy Solomon was one of your employees among others whom you took as family.
Rev. Stephen Akinola (Daddy), was indeed ” A symbol of the fruits of the Spirit”, a man of great Faith and filled with Thanksgiving .
Thank you for portraying the fruits of the Spirit with your exemplary lifestyle.
I am also thankful to God for blessing us with you and I take solace in knowing you are in a better place, where there is no pain.
You live in our hearts always.
Daddy sun re o, till we meet again.
Your legacy lives on.
